The authentic torafugu tecchiri-nabe features thick, plump torafugu served with vegetables and mushrooms,
It is recommended to eat it enhanced with condiments such as ponzu (Japanese citrus juice).
Please enjoy it with "Hokkai Hidaka Kombu Dashi (kelp dashi)," a standard dashi that enhances the fugu's flavor.
