The sight of sunflowers blooming vigorously in the dazzling summer sunlight is soothing.

Our restaurant is an izakaya where you can enjoy fresh seafood, specializing in fugu (blowfish) dishes.
In this issue, we would like to introduce some of the specialties that we hope you will enjoy.
◆Fugu cuisine is a must, especially sashimi "tessa"! ◆Tessa

Tessa" is a sashimi of fuku (blowfish) sliced thin enough to be seen through and beautifully arranged.
The fugu sashimi we serve at our restaurant is sliced thicker than most,
It may be a little unusual.
You can enjoy two kinds of fugu, Shimonoseki fugu and Noto fugu, while feeling the satisfaction of eating them.
Shimonoseki fugu is slowly aged for 48 hours, allowing you to enjoy its crispy texture and the flavor and sweetness of the fugu itself,
Noto fugu is grilled on a straw grill and served with a concentrated flavor and a slight aroma.
